Service and guarantee
We are committed to providing reliable
after-sales service and technical support to our authorised dealers.
Our e-bikes are covered by the following commercial guarantee, starting from the date of delivery to the authorised dealer:
Complete e-bike: 2 years
Frame: 5 years
Motor: 2 years
Battery: 2 years
The guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, improper use, insufficient or incorrect maintenance, unauthorised modifications or repairs, or failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions.
Normal reduction in battery capacity resulting from use, charging cycles and ageing is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Wear parts, including tyres, brake pads, chains, cassettes, grips and similar components, are not covered for normal wear and tear.
Service & Technical Support
In the event of a technical issue or guarantee claim, authorised dealers should contact us and provide the bike identification details, proof of delivery and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested where necessary to assess the problem.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we will provide technical assistance, replacement parts or other appropriate after-sales support.
Detailed guarantee, service and claim procedures may also be specified in the applicable dealer or distribution agreement.
